I just got this and upon first try, my tense shoulders and neck feel so much better! I love the arm handles that allow you to adjust the pressure.

A gift for me daughter who was feeling a lot of tension in her shoulders. She travels quite a bit, mostly by car, and felt she needed something to help relieve the tension. She loves the way this thing feels! I tried it, and it does do a good job though it was a little too much for me. I must say, I keep a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders as well, and it is very possible that I have so much more tension than she and this is why I felt the pressure was too much for me.I wish I could tell you there is a way to adjust the pressure. I have no idea, and the item has now gone home with my daughter.

I just got my neck and shoulder massager tonight. I liked it a lot. I thought the heat temperature wise was just right. I liked that I could adjust the intensity of the massage. It helped my pain and mobility. I was also able to move it about to other body areas. And I got some very good foot massages. I especially liked the sleeves because they helped me to move the massager about and hold it in place.

This is great. You can adjust its strength my resting it on you or laying on it. Its heat is mild but it does warm up. Fully gets into my knots !

I have a disability that predisposes me to muscle tension and repetitive movement pain. It's cyclical but we know the more pain we have the less we move. I tried this two days ago and discovered knots under my shoulder blades. The pressure on the machine can be adjusted and you can just apply the roller part to your back by the way you hold the machine so it isn't squeezing any sensitive area. It is slightly heavy but that depends on you. I would absolutely use it carefully and consult medical people before using it if you have any condition but if you are given the go-ahead...specifically to make sure it will be ok circulation-wise....Well, GO AHEAD because it works I can use it well on my back and while it can be applied to limbs mine are too sensitive for that...still using it on my back will save money on massages that are pretty close to a dollar a minute now in my area AND the time it takes me to get to the practitioner. My sleep has improved over the past couple of nights also. This is not a cure for what you have but it is a comfort from what you have if you use it wisely. Be wise and be well my friends dealing with a disability..for typically aging people with aches and pains this could help with aches and pains of life and is priced right too.

I ordered this along with a couple of other similar neck massagers to find the best one. New meds and increased stress/anxiety caused insane muscle tenseness to the point of occipital neuralgia and tension headaches. GET THIS. It’s the best one. I haven’t moaned like this since I went celibate a year ago. Literally 15 mins and I went from not being able to get up from neck pain to pain free.

Missed that this needs to be plugged in. Would not have purchased that I realize that however I decided to keep it anyways it does do a good job. It’s just inconvenient to have it plugged in.

I bought this because I’ve noticed a decrease in overall range and flexibility over the last year or so. At first, I was going to simply start going to a masseuse on a regular basis but ultimately opted to give this product a shot first.I’ve had this thing for 4-days now. I run a 15-min cycle every hour across four sections of my neck, shoulders, upper/mid back, and lower back throughout the day.I must say that the difference in soreness and tightness in the morning is remarkable. Especially lower back and neck.The stirrup design for the arms when running this on the neck and upper back is a pretty ingenious idea and really helps you apply a level of pressure that is comfortable.That being said, I think a design improvement could be made by adding a Velcro patch at the end of the stirrup straps so that you can fasten the straps together when they’re placed under your arms for lower back treatments. Maybe a fabric flap over the actual Velcro that can be closed so it doesn’t gray or rub on your clothes in other positions. Just an idea.Anyhow, I will say this product is well worth the investment if you’re experiencing muscle tightness, headaches, kinked neck, etc. It’ll even work on legs and arms if those are areas you need to target. For this price, you can’t go wrong!

WOW! As a massage therapist I wasn't expecting much from this, for my own personal massage needs, but the pressure (especially when you move it around into different, preferred positions) is impressive and really kneads the neck/shoulder knots effectively. I even used it on my elbow and forearm area.NOTE: It does have to be plugged in for use and the "car" adapter is for a cigarette lighter, which are phased out on a lot of new cars.

This massager worked perfectly. It was like a deep tissue massage all over my back and neck. There's of course an on and off switch. The next button gives you the option to set it between three different speeds. I found the slowest to work the best. The next button allows you to reverse direction on the massager. The massager already switches directions every 60 seconds or so automatically which is great especially if you didn't know you needed it. The fourth button turns the heat on or off. I believe the heat only has a 15 minute timer whereas the massager shuts off automatically after 30 minutes. I find that this is a wonderful feature because it's easy to fall asleep using this massager and overdoing it. I ended up using this all over my back and neck and was very sore for the next couple of days. I recommend a hot salt bath afterwards to soothe your muscles. I have used other massagers but nothing was as easy as this one to use on the back and neck. A really wonderful design. I highly recommend this massager.

I saw this all over my fyp but the reviews for tiktok shop all day it's sketchy to buy on there so once again I came here. I bought the spinbrush through too and it was a godsend so I thought I'd give this a shot. We don't have the best bed, our sleep number has a chamber that always sinks through the night. Which aggravates my shoulder. I always wake up with back pain and I always have to have my bf pop my back.Finding myself trying to massage my back on any hard surface I finally gave in and got this and the moment I started using it.. instant relief! My back feels sooo much better now. I read a few other reviews saying it was too noisy and annoying it wasn't cordless. Which mine is pretty quiet but the cord is a bit annoying but I can def look past it for the relief I've gotten. After working years of retail, this is a miracle worker for my fellow retail workers. I've only used it once so far but I'm sure with consistent use I'll start to feel much better consistently overtime. If you came here from tiktok, it's def a good buy.
