Smaller than I thought it would be. I have an older one that has been used so much the connecting wire is getting worn. Works as expected and really helps with back and knee pain.

My elderly dog has very bad hips and has trouble walking. I bought this because i thought it may help. Well i am not sure if it was this light therapy or luck or something else but she was able to walk up the steps for the first time in ten days after just the first light therapy session. I am going to definitely keep using this product for sure.

A friend recommended that I try using red light therapy after I injured my knee. I didn’t want to invest too much into a trial and decided on this product based on the reviews. I have been using this for two weeks and I am pleased with the results. I have experienced a reduction in pain and improvement in my knee mobility. I like that it has straps to keep it in place and a protective shield to keep it clean from sweat. Depending on the setting it may get warm. It does NOT come with a power bank so you have to sit within 4 ft of an outlet to use it. It has 3 wavelength settings on it, 660/850/All and then four levels of intensity. You will have to research the best combination for your situation as there are no guidelines with the directions. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and the results I have experienced with reducing pain in my knee.

This mat works really well. The five levels of power are nice to have and the radiance output looks good. I'm waiting for my meter that shows the actual output but I'm sure it's what they say it is. I use it to lay on when using my BioMax 900 panel. it's a great set-up.Some reviewers complained about the smell after cleaning it and using it a couple of time don't even notice it now.With the coupon it's a good price for what you get, or even without the coupon.

This particular red light therapy band was the wrong one so I sent it back, I ordered the wrong one. I reordered the correct one and it's perfect! I hear a lot of good things about this type of therapy and I'm looking forward to results that I believe that I will get!

Used it for 3 weeks and works well. I can notice a difference in back and knee pain.

Bought this as a last ditch measure for my 17 year old dog, whose mobility has been rapidly deteriorating. We’re amazed, just 3 treatments and he’s able to stand up and is walking! His mobility meds didn’t seemed to have hit their limits. The night I brought this he was falling over, unable to get back up and I thought it was time to say goodbye.I am using on L1 or L2, with the pulse mode, the one time I tried it w/o the pulse mode, he seemed uncomfortable, maybe too warm for him. We sit with him in a chair & lay him on the pad and cover the lights with a towel. He naps like an angel.Truly want to cry, seeing him walking, eating and drinking without falling down.

I actually bought this for my dog who has IVDD. It was mentioned in the ad that this one can also be used for pets. I cannot say for sure this product is the reason, but two days later, used 2x a day, and he was walking again. It has been a week now, ans he continues to improve more every day. He does take meds as well, but....

Bought as secondary for my myself and husband. Lil wider and heavier material than one I already have. But I love that it’s corded and cordless for longer use!! Soft material. Effective pain reliever. Recommend for tall people

Easy to use with the attachable strap. Pad and strap are very light weight, has different setting for time and light strength. Is good for all uses, originally bought it to use on my dog for her back injury but I use it as well for sore muscles and low back pain . Easy to clean

I do believe this helps with muscle recovery and so does my always skeptical Husband. I bought this size specifically for my neck and shoulders. It’s not weighted so it doesn’t form to your body per se, but works rather well in a flattened state. I wish it were waited so it would form to the body, but it’s good for the cost.

I recently fractured my ankle and purchased this pad to help in the healing process. I like the fact it has two stages of light therapy one deep penetration which was great for the swelling, pain relief, expediency in the fractured bones healing and it gave relief at the same time to the neuropath I suffer from on my foot. The other lights are more superficial and can be used to heal incision sites like I had. It was so easy to use just set the hand held remote and lay back and relax! It is a little smaller than I expected so be certain to read the description. I have to admit this is my third red light therapy pad, and this is the second one from this manufacture. Their pads are easy to keep clean and versatile. This small one would be a great addition for shoulders knees ankle arms , even the small of the back for portable situations.Personally I don’t regret having multiple sizes in my arsenal as I have found red light therapy so helpful.

This is effective and helps you heal sooner. I recently tore my calf and instead of going to therapy and spending a bunch of dollars on it only three time a week I decided to take the healing on my own. I bought this red light therapy belt that I put on my calf theee times a day and in a week I stopped limping. Of course I also used over the counter medicine but this was an important part of my plan for recovery. The timer works great. It is ver versatile as you can used it in bed or seating. The energy is strong, the design perfect for any part of the body, in my case I wrapped it around my calf. It is a must have if you are into sports

I bought this for my hair stylist as a holiday gift. A lot of them suffer from neck and shoulder pain and I figured the deep penetrating infrared heat might bring some relief. I can’t really do a product review not having used the product but the genuine excitement on my stylists face when she opened the present was worth every penny.

Well I hope it’s working. The first time my husband and I laid on it we definitely noticed a difference in our backs. They felt looser like we had a good stretch. My dog absolutely loves it.

Had to wait until I used this enough to write a review. I woke up with rock hard shoulders & neck one morning. I used this every time I sat down, & it did seem to help, along with the chiropractor & massage therapist. You could feel the warmth, but it never got hot. I usually kept it on the full 30 minutes. It is a good size for spots on your back, as well as my neck. I did flex it to cover as much as I could, & it still works fine. It has a number of settings, but I just went for the full monte. It comes with velcro straps to hold it in place if needed.

We bought this red light to use on our French bulldog that has IVDD. It comes with two Velcro straps. The control has a timer, red light level of brightness, and different pulse seating modes. It works perfect for our Frenchie. She seems to be very relaxed after I put it on her. We use it in about 20 minute intervals twice a day.

This red light therapy mat has been life changing for me and I recommend this mat to anyone looking for the benefits RLT has to offer. I initially tried a RLT wrap for my wrist due to pain I was having for some time. After seeing the relief it gave me I did more research and decided to get a mat after discovering all the potential benefits RLT had to offer. I decided to get this mat and I have to say it's one of the best decisions I've made. Overall I feel better when using this RLT mat. I use it before I go to sleep and helps relax me immensely and alleviates pain. My breathing is better after using it as well. It folds up nicely when I'm done and makes it easy to put under my bed when I'm finished. Definitely a 5 star product in my book!

I bought this for my 22 yo horse who has had arthritis since he was ten due to an injury ( he got kicked on the hock by an other horse that had metal shoes on( yes there are other types of shoes other than metal)), let's be honest I didn't think I'd still be riding him at 22 but with the litany of supplements and asprin when I help. This helps a little bit so far. So my routine when I get to the barn is to tie him up next to his food in his stall ( because this is a long boring process and it's just easier if he's eating since we don't have cross ties and he is sensitive about dangly bit around his back legs) I wrap it around half his hock since that's all the LED mat cover set the timer for 25 mins on lvl 2, work on scooping poo out of his check the timer rotate to the other side of his hock set the timer again finishes up cleaning his stall groom him and by the time he's done with his treat ment we're ready to tack up. I do put a magnetic boot and sore no more on after he's done with the LED treatment. Idk it all seems to help.

This product is amazing! I used it once and already feel pain relief. It's obviously not completely gone yet, but it definitely dulled the pain. I look forward to my results after multiple uses! I've used it on my hands, feet, and back already. I even got one for my parents.
