I love this!

I bought this for my father who was experiencing neck pain. He loves it! It has height options to target different areas of the neck which is great for his situation. He uses it daily and said its extremely relaxing. I myself have one but a different brand and enjoy using his more. Highly recommended to reverse tech neck.

This worked for me, but could definitely use some improvements. The bottom removable layer wouldn't stay attached on the first 2 I got (ordered one, and got a replacement), when picking it up. The layers also weren't lined up on the 2nd one either. However, they sent me a 3rd one, and I haven't had any issues since!

My chiropractor recommended this because I'm pretty jacked up. This was a good buy, I can tell a difference.

I'm very happy with my purchase. A chiropractor suggested this item to me in their office but a different brand for 3x the price. It's solid and affordable and easy to adjust height. Instructions are included which is very appreciated. Item is labeled so the correct side is used for best results. Definitely recommend.

This product was recommended to me by my chiropractor to help me with my neck pain and tight traps. I can lay on this for 10-15 mins a day and it is like traction and helps me not be so tense in my next and upper traps that my pain subsides! This is a game changer for my neck pain!

Like the fact that I can adjust the height on this cervical correction device. Don’t lay on it too long, especially at first, as it can be a little painful since it’s correcting the position of the vertebrae in your cervical spine. I started with 3 min, twice a day and worked my way up from there. It does work over time.

I suffer from TMJ and lately my hands and arms have been going numb/tingly. My chiropractor said that much of this is related to my posture and my spine in my neck tilting forward rather that having a natural curve. She recommended that I lay on this for 20 min every evening and since doing so, I have noticed an improvement in the numbness/tingliness!

So far it’s great. Curious how long till I see results. It takesTime. Love to storage pouch.We have a pet so keeping the body care contained is an option I liked a lot. Also on the go after long drive or flights. It’s gonna save my neck. Lol

Feels so good. I have really bad posture and my neck and upper back is always sore especially after working on a computer for long periods of time. I’ve started using this and it really relaxes the tension. I like to move my neck around and it feels like a massage lol highly recommend.

I purchased this pillow for at-home use after using a similar one at my chiropractor’s office. It’s been really great for helping to stretch and restore the curvature in my neck.So far I’ve been using it 5-10 minutes daily and I’m impressed with the quality of this pillow. I actually purchased two different versions on and this is the one I ended up keeping because it was firm and excellent quality.

This is very helpful for neck disc. Can do at home by yourself.

I have been dealing with tension headaches for a few months. My chiropractor recommended I buy this product and start using it nightly. I have noticed a dramatic improvement! I have a feeling that I will not only use this when I'm at home, but we'll also take it on vacations with me. It has made a world of difference!

I have been having so much trouble with my neck, causing headaches and soreness. My chiropractor recommended a neck therapy pillow to help restore the curve in my neck and relieve the pressure. This product was much cheaper than what my chiropractor charges for a similar pillow and so far it has helped so much! It takes a little getting used to…to use it every day, but it’s been worth it! Definitely recommend it.

My Chiro recommended that I use a neck pillow for my neck and shoulder pain. I bought this on , brought it to the Chiropractor, and was approved. Using this daily for at least 3 mins greatly improved the pain. I've been using it for months and it is still the same shape. Very sturdy and you are able to adjust the height. The tightness and pain are gone...and it will stay away if I remember to use this device.

This traction device was recommended by my chiropractor. I've lost the curvature in my cervical spine due to years of working with poor posture. I've been using this for 2 months and the pain has decreased substantially. I like the added pieces to increase the height as I have a very long neck and your head is not supposed to touch the ground behind you. Very worthwhile purchase.

This is a great tool for any neck issues you might have! Safe and easy to use. You align it behind your neck with the "shoulder side" towards your shoulder and you lay on it for a few minutes, several times a day. If it stains you where it worsens your neck, you might be positioning it incorrectly or too long. Position yourself appropriately! This is a sturdy and soft enough product that I found to be helpful for my neck. You can adjust the height of the product and it's user friendly.

The firmness of this relaxer is great for relieving pressuring and helping to stretch the neck. The various recommended positions are a little confusing and hard to execute, but it's easy to test different locations on the neck to find the relief you need. I highly recommend this relaxer if you're looking for firm pressure to help with tight neck muscles.

Purchased for my husband. I tried it and it fit me fine, but I think it would have been too small to be effective for him. I've used traction units and deep tissue massage for my neck and this feels a little like both simultaneously. Unfortunately, we will never know if it could have helped his pain because he declined (refused) to try it.

Great for your neck

My chiropractor recommended I get something like this to help restore the curvature to my cervical spine.This item is firm and sturdy and feels like it should last me a long time. The instructions were useful, the directions state to start out at a few minutes, and each day add a short amount of time until eventually target time is reached.Item is comfortable and easy to use. And has sections that can come on/off to adjust height. So far I've only been using it a week, but I'm hoping the chiropractor will be able to tell a difference the next time I go.

My chiropractor recommended this product to me. I will say it’s a little pricey but she whole heartedly believes in it. I tried it and I really like it. I wouldn’t do it without talking to your healthcare provider first but I really do like it.

I was recommended this by a massage therapist at a chiropractor office for the curve in my neck, and it actually helps. I have been trying to use it every day and it’s been about two weeks. I am already noticing a better curve in my necks and less pain. I didn’t expect much, and the first two times it was not painful but uncomfortable. Now it’s not bad at all and still getting better. I recommend it.
