How to wear
- Measure 4 in above the center of the knee and choose your size from the chart.
- Keep the label side up. Wrap the brace around your knee from behind.
- Bend the knee slightly. Secure the upper and lower hook-and-loop panels first.
- Wrap the V / X straps above and below the kneecap. Fasten firmly on both sides.
- Adjust until the open patella sits centered and pressure feels even, snug but not numb.
- If you feel pinching, tingling, or pain, loosen the straps or remove the brace.
- Hand wash and air dry fully before the next long wear day. Do not machine wash unless your unit care tag says otherwise.
