If you don’t put it on correctly, you will SUFFER, but I’ve tried other braces and this one is the best one so far. It has multiple straps that hold it nice and secure. It offers a lot of support for pain relief and the Velcro is strong so it doesn’t come loose. Just make sure the straps in the back are in the correct place, and you should be able to wear it all day.

They work... They will cut into ya behind the leg, but... it does help walking....

I had to downsize due to weight loss. This is the only brand of knee brace that can stand up to my activities. My last brace is still in working condition and still looks brand new and I've had it over a year of almost daily use. Best knee brace on the market in my opinion. The fit is perfect easy to put on they stay in place well the straps are easy to adjust and the thickness of the fabric is fantastic and comfortable

Exactly what I needed

This is, by far, the best knee brace I have ever used! As soon as I put it on, my knee felt instantly better and more stable. I have an MCL injury and this brace is perfect for helping me walk with a lot less pain.I'm not sure why people keep returning this product. I wonder if it is because it's a bit more complicated to put on than most regular braces, but it's the extra staps and the metal hinges that make it so wonderful! I highly recommend this brace!

Would love to give this a 5 but it’s a bit awkward to put on by yourself. Especially the top piece. Would love if the top straps connected to the front. This is by far the best one I have ever bought. It does require small adjustments but nothing like most of the others that roll down as soon as you put it on.

This knee brace works really well! It provides great support and feels comfortable to wear for long periods. The adjustable straps help get a secure fit, and it stays in place without slipping. Good quality for the price.

I originally was going to return it because the large fits a little to big even though the size chart says I should be a size large (I measure 16.5 above the knew. I ordered a size medium but that one was way too tight. I also ordered other brands and even though they fit better, they were kind of flimsy and did not offer much support. I decided to make the large work and it has. I just end up with a little bump from the extra material that doesn't smooth out once I wrap the straps around. Some reviewers don't like all the extra wraps and say it makes it hard to put on. I think this is what makes it better than the rest. The extra wraps pull support from different directions, which offers more support to the knee. Additionally, the metal plates on the side add stability too. Overall, it's the best one of all the ones I tried. I just wish it was more true to size.

Great brave does limited motion for stability and allows you to wear it for a limited amount of time.

I bought the Sparthos Knee Brace hoping for a sturdier option to support my knees during workouts and long days on my feet. Right out of the package, it’s clear this is not your average lightweight sleeve. The materials are thick, durable, and feel like they’re built to last. The hinged design gives it a level of stability I usually only see in medical-grade braces, and the Velcro straps are strong enough to stay secure even during movement.When I tried it on, I immediately noticed how well it disperses pressure and keeps the knee aligned without feeling overly restrictive. It’s great for higher-impact activities or post-injury support, and you can tell it was designed with real use in mind.That said, sizing is absolutely critical. Ultimately, I had to return it because of the fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, I’d recommend sizing up and maybe ordering two sizes to compare.

Have “Goldilocks” through over a half dozen of these from sleeves to near tourniquets…This IS The ONE if you need to stop movement as in pain. Biggest problem with most is a lack of Velcro, most have a 2” x 2” Velcro patch which limits adjustment plus holding power.The Sparthos has two 2” x 10” Velcro strips above & below kneecap. Three point fastening/adjustments Above & Below knee:1) fabric to fabric Velcro to get in place;2) short straps in back to adjust; and3) long straps over top to support.Add-on metal ‘hinged’ stabilizers that adjust up & down or front to back for support.It takes a bit of work to load it on but so worth it for perfect adjustment to stabilize as in Bone-on-Bone. Great security in being Em-Braced!

This is my second one of these. The first one helped me through the first 6 months after my ligament tear but the Valco wore out so bought another one. The side stabilizer keeps popping out on the inner knee side. See video. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence that it will stay put when I’m out of the house. I wear it at all times.

Comfortable and adds good stability. Due to material, there is some resistance to deep knee bends. Not necessarily, bad, but something to be aware of when choosing a brace. Sizing was accurate.

Does not slip down my leg

Nice enough product, but the small instruction book is very lacking. Also, there's a QR code for videos on how to put it on, but, while the QR code works, there is NO video for this item. It isn't straightforward how to use this, but I think I figured it out.

This knee brace is the most amazing knee brace that ever had. I’ve been blown away with the quality and have had difficulties finding a good knee brace in the past that fits me because I’m a little heavier and they usually tend to be too tight or cut off circulation and I’ve also experienced in the past though closures can be irritating to my sensitive skin, but this design is just perfect and amazing and I’m walking without my cane for the first time with this knee brace on I don’t need my cane!

It works well. The straps really hold tight. The knee protection feels great. The connections in the back of the knee sometimes pinch - I'm trying to adjust the velcro straps to adapt.
