This cushion is a godsend for your back and your bottom. It is not hot or cold and it is a very good support. The cover kitten be removed and washed, which is another plus I would fully recommend this if your wheelchair is not comfortable on the seat.

I do ridesharing on the side and or days off. My car has heated seats, I could feel the wiring and was hurting my arse. I bought a different brand and it worked for a bought a year, before buying a pillow and putting it on top of the seat cushion out of desperation.I searched for something better than what I had and came across this brand. I thought wow who better to know what a person needs than someone who's already is a seated postion/wheel chair. I bought both the memory foam and cooling gel cushions to test out which would be better for my needs. My friend was over when the gel on arrived and he was telling me how he's been in extreme discomfort by his tailbone doing ride share. So I let him have the gel one and I used the memory foam one when it arrived 2days later.I bought it in the middle of summet and the memory foam is just that, no support and made me hotter sitting it in on hot days. Tried it for about 10days and had to return it. I asked my friend how his was and he was raving. His butt don't hurt anymore, he can driving wo having to adjust and or worry about the pain, and thanked me for it. I returned my memory foam for the gel and couldn't be happier. Been using it for at least 3-4 months and it been a pleasure. I don't dread getting into my car anymore. I like that cool feeling when I first sit, that it doesn't heat up from driving for hours. Love that it's thick, I'm small 5'2, so it may not work for a tall person in their car (mini van yes) 250lbs, and it holds it shape and durability! This a a must have for anyone who drives for a living, car/van/truck, DEFINITELY worth its price so you can concentrate on driving and know you won't feel all twisted up/stiff when you get out of your vehicle.

I tell you when I sat down on this cushion I felt like I was sitting on a cloud and I’m a person that’s in my wheelchair the entire day and when you’re sitting in a standard wheelchair, it starts to hurt your tailbone as soon as I put this in my chair it’s like heaven

100% We Recommend! We purchased this for my wheelchair that is only used occasionally. It is a fantastic upgrade to how the seat feels. I am so pleased with the rounded edge, it really takes the pressure off the back of my thighs. We had a family outing just days after getting this, I honestly did not realize how uncomfortable the seat of my wheelchair was without this. On that family outing, I kept saying how amazed I was at the level of comfort this offered. It helped with how warm my bottom got, it greatly helped with my fidgeting. It truly made the use of my wheelchair vastly more comfortable.Just weeks after getting this, I had to go to the Emergency Room. We were there for over 8 hours before they admitted me to a room to be kept overnight. Very quiicky after getting to the ER, they had me in a bay on a hospital bed. My husband ended up using my wheelchair as a chair for that entire time. He said he was SO happy we had gotten the cushion. In the regular hospital room, he used the cushion in a chair. This is absolutely awesome! I'm in a wheelchair, so a good seat cushion is a must. I've tried so many, but this far exceeds my expectations. I also have incontinence issues (embarrassing), but this is magically waterproof. I don't know how. The cover is easy to remove, doesn't shrink when washed and dried, and is easy to put back on. I need to purchase a couple more, because I take this one everywhere I go. It would also be good for someone with hemorrhoid issues. I'm ordering one for my mother. If you've been searching for the perfect seat cushion, you've finally found it.

Too high. Couldn't use it

My 98 year old Mom is in the nursing home restricted to her wheelchair most of the day, otherwise in bed and she'd been mentioning how sore her behind got with sitting so much. I saw this online and got it for her. She loves it and said it made a big difference comfort wise. Made her and I very happy.

I purchased this for a family member, and it immediately made a difference on how it felt when he sat in it. It took pressure off the middle of his back. It’s very soft airy has a very nice cover. I would definitely recommend this cushion to anyone who has to sit in a wheelchair for most of the day.

It was super comfy, but I don’t use it much because I got the wrong size on accident :(overall it’s a really nice cushion, the gel is nice because it stays cool on your butt

Comfortable and durable

I got this for my father who cannot sleep in a bed and sleeps in an office chair. He’s never had bed sores from it, but he’s recently had spinal surgery that left him pretty dependent on the chair and limited any walking or movement. It’s been about a week of him being sore we’ve tried all local options like adding bedding, foam pads, etc. A couple days of him sitting on this his mood has changed. It stays cool, it keeps the pressure off of the sore, and it keeps him as comfortable as he can be. I was skeptical because it is a firm cushion and i didn’t think it would sit right on his chair, but this *works* and I couldn’t be more grateful to have purchased this honestly. I even sat on it for a little bit before he wanted to try it and i was cozy lol.

Super soft with little circles that move with you. Makes it fill like you're sitting on super soft air. Hard to explain but a whole day at Disneyland did not hurt from sitting for most of the day.

Cushion is of good quality. Do not purchase if you have an incontinence issues. Cover is washable, but foam holds the urine. Need to work on making the cover more waterproof.
