I thought my pain was a muscle knot that I felt near my shoulder blade. But I did some research and it’s actually my neck and the discs pressing down on a nerve that caused my back pain. I wanted to try this because it’s a cheaper alternative. I’ve gone to chiropractors and did PT, but it just gets so expensive and the pain never really seemed to go away. The airbag mode really helps to give me relief. I’ve been using it every night.

Found product is easy to use. Padding is comfortable. An use laying down or sitting up. Massage and heat part is great. Really helped my neck discomfort. Well worth the money.

Air bag is a little uncomfortable at first but this does really help after 10 mins the restiveness in my neck was already better would highly recommend

Works great and easy to use. Fabric is comfortable. The heat on the highest setting gets a lot warmer than expected and feels great on your neck while using the tension settings. I wasn’t a big fan of the “massage” setting. It was mainly vibration. But the tension and heat works so well that I’m not worried about the massage. Offers great support to your neck. Looking forward to using every night

Only had this a week and I finally have something that relieves the sore muscles in my neck. Was recommended by my daughter as she has one and loves it. Battery life is great, I've used it 6 times and it's still going strong. I love the different vibration cycles. Only thing that could make it better is a remote control. I have used it on my lower back setting in a chair and it feels so good.

I love this super comfy neck pillow, and all its features. I love that it is wireless, so I can use it anywhere. I also love that I can adjust the different settings, like message, heat, and vibration.

Works really well. I like that it has an auto shut off at 15 minutes. 3 heat setting are nice also. The massaging is really just vibrating. it I got this for the neck stretching to relieve a pinched nerve. I use it daily for the 15 minutes and it’s helping a lot.

I purchased this neck massager to help with my recurring neck pain. It works well to help stretch my neck and I find the heat and the pillow inflation to be relaxing. The top portion of the pillow where the head rests is nicely cushioned. I haven’t used the vibration much, but that is a personal preference. I have not had any issues with charging and appreciate that this is cordless.

I am incredibly impressed with this massager pillow. I’ve been using it to help with my persistent migraines and intense shoulder pain, and the relief has been fantastic. Dont typically buy instagram ad items and was skeptical. I have had upper back pain and knots for years so figured i would try it. Can't say for sure that its fixing my back pain since i have not had it very long, but will say that it is beyond therapeutic to lay on the floor with for 15 minutes. Absolutely worth it for that alone.

I've been using the pillow every night when I go to bed. It is very comfortable to lie on and provides a nice vibration with heat. I fall asleep on the pillow and have never woken up with a sore neck like a do with other pillows I would recommend this neck massager pillow.
