I found this belt at 1 week postpartum and love it. Straight blessing from heaven. I had an unplanned c-section and had been using the band they give you at the hospital. It was already getting stretched out and squished/misshapen. When I received my 3 in 1 belly belt, wow, life changer. I was going up and down my stairs easier and was able to walk further as I felt extremely supported. I was able to lower my frequency of taking my pain meds by week 2 because of the amazing support this belt gives. This will definitely be a future baby shower gift for all my mom friends. At first, it feels like a bit much, and a bit of a process to put on but after the first couple of times you get better at placement and execution of putting it on. I'm a nursing student and went back to clincals 3 weeks PP, I'm on the floor for about 6hrs and am able to move around just fine. Using the restroom, I do have to take everything off but putting it back on is easy now. This is a product you won't regret, I'm so glad I found it when I did.

This post partum band is the absolute best! I tried 2 other ones before finding this one and my am I glad I did.This band is unique and offers a 3 stage band, allowing you to adjust the different sections to accomodate your body/ fit your needs. The fabric is breathable and the velcro holds tightly. Feels very durable. Highly recommend!

I like the product. Its comfortable and does the job but does roll up a little. I am hippie so it may just be my body type.

My youngest is 11. I went back to work skinny but I have been sitting at work for 10 years now. I'm pretty active but I feel like everything is falling down and forward and about to sit on my lap if I don't make a change. I started wearing a brace but it wasn't holding everywhere in. My dad got a blood clot wrap for his leg similar to this 3 layer wrap so that's why I chose this one. I LOVE IT! I love that it's in 3 to support everywhere and be able to adjust each location to its needs. I love the hip band that has the extra straps to tighten it just that much more. This also helps me have better posture. I love that it sits pretty dang flat even with its 3 layers so it's not bulky under my shirts. Its GREAT!!! I'm also working out 2-3hrs a day. This helps firm up the flab and suck it back in while the workout is starting from the inside. I can feel the abs but nobody can see them, yet. I love this wrap and highly recommend it as not just for postpartum.

Update: please see below for my review of the product. However, I raised my review from 1 star to 4 stars because the customer service was excellent. When I submitted my review they reached out to me via email to say that was not the quality most customers experienced and refunded my money. I appreciate their willingness to make it right, and would still recommend trying this product based on the fact that they said there could have been something wrong with my individual product.I purchased this product to help with postpartum recovery. I began wearing it 2 days after delivering my baby. The first week, I was so impressed with the way it helped me and I looked forward to wearing for the full recommended time to see continued results. However, I was soon disappointed to find that it rapidly went downhill from there.-the bands stretched out so much that it’s hard to imagine it’s helping at all (I’m a very average size...5’8” 160lbs postpartum)-the bands ride up (possibly due to them stretching out as they did not ride up the first week)-the Velcro stopped holding well after the first couple of weeks

I gave birth to my second daughter 7 months ago, my husband bought me this postpartum belly support, it has 3 parts that support the stomach, back and pelvis, after giving birth I had symphysitis and it was hard to walk, but this item helped me so much, it supported my stomach and pelvis, and also my stomach went away faster after giving birth, it does not press and you can control the pressure yourself. In general, I decided to order again to give to my brother's pregnant wife

Love these bands!! I am 5'2" and weighed 193lbs right before delivery. I am athletically built and my body adjusts quickly so I ordered both sizes because I was unsure of what I would need after delivery. I use the one size... if you wear them the way they are intended (belly band 1-7 days, waist after 7 days, pelvic 6 weeks) then the one size worked great. Don't get nervous when the waist band doesn't fit before the 1st week... the company did that on purpose because the belly band is big enough for the first week and shrinks everything for the waist band to then fit. If I had used the plus size, the belly band (which fit day one would have been too big by day three) and the waist band would have been too big for the second week (even though it did fit when trying the sizes the day after delivery). Haven't gotten to the point of using the pelvic belt yet. Like I said, I LOVE these but be careful because if you don't like compression you won't like them. My sister is 4 months post delivery and she hated them because she is not, and never has, liked compression. Hope this helps!

I have tried 3 or 4 other postpartum garments after my two C-section deliveries, but this was the first and only one to give me instant support and relief from back pain!The product comes with a little booklet to explain how to wear each belts, as well as extra instructions for C-section deliveries. However, the titles of each belt in the booklet do not match the titles on the tags, so it was a bit of a guessing game to figure out what goes where. Also, no matter how I positioned it or how tightly/loosely I wrapped it, I could not get the third and lowest belt to stay in place. It would shift upwards towards my waist after only a few minutes, so that I was constantly tugging it back down to help support the shelf of skin over my c-section scar. For these reasons, I had to deduct one star from what is definitely a five-star product.All in all, this product cost less and worked better than anything else I have tried. Definitely worth a buy!

My belly shrank very quickly after having my twins - within ~2 weeks my waist was probably as small, if not smaller, than pre-pregnancy (though the skin was still a little saggy). I like to give some of the credit to the fact that I exercised throughout my pregnancy, but I did wear the belly belt almost 24/7 for the first several weeks. I liked the feeling of support it gave to my somewhat saggy belly, and it was pretty comfortable and not too noticeable under clothing. However when I added the waist belt, I really did not care for it. It bunched up at the bottom, would kind of "creep" throughout the day so the velcro would scratch my skin, and the combination of the two belts felt very bulky and showed under clothing. Adding the pelvis belt helped a little bit with the bunching of the waist belt, but the whole system was still bulky under clothing. For the price, I would recommend it. I would buy it again even if just to use the belly belt for support immediately postpartum. It may have also helped my belly to shrink down, which is a bonus.

I recently tried a postpartum belly wrap and hip belt, and it has been incredibly supportive during my recovery.The belly wrap provided gentle compression, which helped me feel more secure and gave great support to my lower back.It was especially helpful in reducing swelling and gave me that added core stability I needed when moving around.The hip belt was equally beneficial, offering firm support around my hips and pelvis.It’s adjustable and comfortable enough to wear throughout the day, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture.Overall, it's been a great tool for helping me feel more put-together in the early postpartum days

What i didn't like was the instructions. I feel like it didn't explain very well how to put each piece on. What I do like is that it can be adjusted to how tight you want it to be. I also like that it's stiff enough to help posture but bendy enough so you can also bend and breath. The pelvic band is my favorite. I feel like it really holds everything together and makes a huge difference after a c-section.

I used it after having a double mastectomy with a free flap I needed a binder that was long enough and would not move. This worked extremely well. It was very durable

I have received the hip belt as it is very comfortable for postpartum journey… This one allows me to choose whether I want to use one, two or three of the pieces I like how it fits better to my curvy bady shape—to eliminate gaps & super tight spots. I also like how it attaches under & over with velcro to fit snuggly, then there are wide elastic strips that you can use to adjust the amount of pressure that is put on tummy & it distributes it evenly. The one I had from hospital was one big belt that didn’t have the extra elastic, so made it hard to get on straight & with even pressure.

This is a great post partum belt! I got a free one from the hospital and it kept stretching and didn't do much for my belly. I wish I had listened to my gut (literally) and got this post partum belt instead of trying to save some money by using the free belt from the hospital. I wasted 11 days with the hospital freebie before I decided to get this one and I hope it wasn't too many days too late to get my mid section back in shape. Below are a few pros and cons I've found thus far.Pros:• Great support• Easy to use (just follow the pictorial instructions included with package)• Adjustable• Great compression on the hips for post epidural pain and achesCons:• it comes in "One size" (with no smaller options) and it's already a bit big for me so if my mid section gets smaller, I will run out of velcro soon. This means if you're a petite woman who wears medium or smaller normally prepregnancy, you may not fit this.I was a size 12/14 or L/XL prepregnancy.• I wore it over my high waisted post partum mesh underwear so it took some time to take this off and then put it back on every time I had to use the restroom.

Okay, so it was my first-time buying this product. I am 4 weeks postpartum with my baby. I was having another belly wrap that I used in the beginning but I wasnt happy with that. It was a one piece that wouldn't cover my whole belly. If I wrapped it down to cover my belly and pelvis, my stomach would be peeping out from the top and If I wrapped it over my stomach it would force my belly to stick out from the bottom. It would aldo roll up making it more uncomfortable. I started to Google a belly wrap that would cover all my needs and I came across this one that had the best reviews on and some other websites too. I ordered it, received it earlier than expected. I would say that this is the best belly wrap one can ever buy. Your money will not go wasted. I am absolutely in love with it. Its three different pieces gives full support to whole my stomach, belly n pelvic region. You can wear them all together or individually according to your need. It doesnt roll up at all plus the unique back support helps with your posture and back pain as well. The pelvic wrap supports the pelvis well and helps with pelvic pain.

Got it for tummy and back support after c section. I got it 2-3 weeks after surgery. It works if you follow the directions given and gives decent support. I even wear it to sleep sometimes.

The color is as described and the material is durable. I'm currently using it for my second child. It works well for postpartum tummy loss.

Good for postpartum

I've had the 3-in-1 postpartum belt for a few days now, and while I'll be in a better position to see my individual results in the coming weeks, so far I really enjoy this product! First off, there are very clear directions on how to use the product based on what week postpartum you are and whether or not the delivery was vaginal or C-section; I appreciate the seller including those directions since it made how to determine which belt(s) to wear a lot more straightforward. Secondly, I definitely feel improvements in both my posture and the overall tightness of my belly while wearing and after removing the belts. Based on how secure and taut my midsection feels while wearing the belts, I believe with prolonged use, my stomach and waist will continue to improve in shape and tightness. When I start to work out again, I plan on wearing the belts to help secure my core, so I think that will also aid in my results. Eventually, when I go back to work, I think the belts will also be helpful in improving my posture and ergonomics, so I'm glad the belts can provide multiple benefits over a long period of time.Overall, I'm very pleased with the belts and am looking forward to my results over the next several weeks! Would definitely recommend!

This product is advertised as a postpartum belly wrap but. I purchased this for an umbilical hernia. I needed something with more support than the previous band I purchased that was specifically for hernias. This product comes w/ 3 belts that support the stomach, waist, and hips. It provides the necessary support to hold my hernia in place. Since having this hernia I have lost stomach tone and these belts are able to hold everything in. I’m not able to get surgery @ this time - so these belts have helped tremendously in the mean time - they are comfortable and holding everything in place. I am extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend this product.
