How to use
- Let the foam expand fully after unpacking before first night use (follow any insert card if included).
- Try the contour face first for side or back sleep; flip to the roll face if you want a different neck curve.
- For side sleep, settle your ear toward the ear-hole area so pressure is reduced.
- For stomach sleep, rest arms in the armrest cutouts rather than pinning them under the torso.
- If loft still feels low after trying both heights, ask support about the optional 0.8 in booster pad.
- Zip off the outer cover for machine wash when needed; keep the foam dry and out of the washer.
